That’s why I decided to crowdsource the BEST Kansas City prenatal massage providers from my clients and social media. For the sake of this post, I only included spas with a physical location, rather than practitioners who travel to homes. That could be a whole separate post!
Woodhouse Day Spa: This Leawood, KS spa offers a “maternity massage”. They offer a full spa experience including robes, reflexology sandals, and tea.
Spa on Penn: Located in Westport, this “urban oasis” offers a variety of spa services.
Bijin Salon and Spa: This gem is located in Prairie Village, KS and I can personally say that it’s wonderful! They offer a specialized prenatal massage in a relaxing spa environment.
Spa at The Elms: It’s a bit of a drive from Kansas City, but The Elms is incredible. Their spa is so unique and special – worth the little day trip to Excelsior Springs. Check with your doctor to see what is and isn’t safe in pregnancy, because the spa grotto area is worth checking out. You can even plan an overnight stay at the hotel for a little getaway.
